It is so fun to watch them grow. I think they grow during the night because every morning they are bigger. We will use them in the winter to feed the birds. We sit them on table in the yard after Halloween.
Good morning Baxter, he has been in another fight....I was just bragging that he got through spring without a battle...
What a ham he is.....he is using up his nine lives.

The Sunflowers look great! Did you sow the seeds or set out plants? I have tried a time or two and haven't had much luck.
Just stumbled onto your blog, and had to leave a comment. What beautiful pictures! And the art work is gorgeous!
I am a suburban mom dreaming of living off on a farm. Thanks for sharing yours!
Sunflowers make me happy too.
Wow! That last picture from the side (with the very handsome Baxter preening in front) really emphasizes their size. Beautiful!
I just love the sunflowers too! Your kitty made me miss my orange tabby cat. Baxter is just beautiful enjoying the sunshine.

I love sunflowers. ND has humungous fields of them and every single head turns toward the east in the am and the west in the evening.
Oh, your sunflowers look so pretty! I love them....they always remind me of my grandparents. There were lots of sunflowers at their ranch.
