My son and his wife (Trevor&Terri) loaned me this exercise bike. It is really nice. Now to see if I will be faithful to it's use. I need to lose 50 pounds. It is for me, for my health and feeling better about me. The bike is really nice. It tells you how far, time, cals, and so on. The only thing it doesn't do is say," get your butt up and peddle!" It moves arms to which is really nice. Okay...I went one whole mile today. I know it sounds like so little, but if I do to much to soon and I get to much pain, well you know the story. It will set here and I will be dusting it like a piece of furniture. I will keep you posted, Mary's big adventure. Peddling, Peddling!

Wishing you the best encouragement for your new adventure. One day at a time will work.
It is a nice one. Put it in front of a fav TV show and you will ride right through it once you get going. Yes, starting slow is a good idea and working up to more time as your body gets used to it.
Bravo. I support and encourage you.
Hi!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your nice comment! It made me chuckle.

I wish you all the best in your new biking adventure. I need to lose several pounds, myself, so I know how difficult that is. That bike of yours is a beauty!
Hugs,
Angela
If you burn your own music CD using iTunes, your peddling will be more fun and over before you know it. Good luck!!
I love it Mary!!!! I need one TOO! What a wonderful gift....you go girl~ Your dress and dress form are so beautiful, just the way they are ~ gorgeous, I hope you are having a great weekend sweet friend

Oh, I have been riding my excercise bike too, Mary. It looks just like yours. I have a treadmill but due to a very painful bone spur in my big toe, its too hard to use the treadmill.
Let's keep encouraging each other to ride our bikes!
