Sugar & Spice…..

sugar and spice 

This is not the first time I have shared that my weight is a struggle.I know that I have a sugar problem. That my body just loves to hang onto every crystal of sugar.And since I am not a water drinker, I drink juice, and we all know that store bought juice is filled with sugars. I am going to eat fruit.I am going to dig out the juicer…where did I put that??and if I have to have a sweet drink it will be made with no sugared up fruit. I bought big bottles of Smart-water.So I will just have to get over my disinterest in water.I am sharing this in hopes that it will help me stay on track.And maybe inspire someone to join me.I need to find the journal I started way back when……

That old sweet tooth gets all of us. I have to watch my sugar and I have learned to drink water probably because I take too many pills at this age. I found that if I stay away from foods that have corn syrup in them that it helps a lot. I also started using agave nectar for a sweetner on cereals and in cooking.

I drink lots of water! But I, too, have a sweet tooth. I try to stay away from anything that has corn syrup in it and that helps. I also make my own flavored waters.
