Father’s Day is everyday

I was thinking early this morning about the life I had with my Dad.He was very young when I was born, and not ready to be a Dad, he was a dreamer, he believed in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.A throw of the dice and if he won he was the richest man for a day. He worked hard, but never understood what a budget looked like. Either you had money or you did not. He loved his family, and provided in ways that had very little to do with the day to day stuff. He loved to take us places, he loved to drive and eat at a old dinner. Dad loved to play, and you better be ready to go because when he said lets go we went now. He loved good food but had no use for a pantry in his home.

Dreamers are a lot of fun but it is very hard when they wake up to find that it was only a dream.

And I dream of my Dad!!!
