The Dancer

As you know I have been working on charms. This one is for the Granddaughter of a friend of mine. Dawn is a professional dancer in New York. I haven't seen her since she was a little girl. It is 3 inches by 1 inch, with very thin glass. The back of the charm has a sheet of music I cut out of a old music book. I was lucky to find this lovely tassel at Micheal's. It is probably used more for ear rings, but it seemed to be the right choice for this charm.
It got down to 31 degree's last night, so the heat is on. It is supposed to be about 60 today. The leaves are turning on our tree's and soon our yards will be filled with them. Happy Fall!

I'm sure Dawn will love that charm! The tassel is beautiful and I love the image you used on the front. You always make such truly unique and beautiful items.

Enjoy that cool weather!

Mary,

You are so very, very talented. I will always treasure the "Serenity" charm necklace you made for me, with the "Lavender Ladies" on the front. I don't think that is the actual name of the painting but I will always think of it by that name.

It is really cold here too. It hasn't frozen yet, but close. I think I had better go right now and bring in my fuchsia plant.

We have snow all around us, and our cars are frosted in the morning. Our high was 49 yesterday and today it is to get 50 something.
We have been working on getting our place buttoned up for winter. I think we are going to be extra cold this winter. I know you are in cold country also. We get below zero sometimes.
I am so glad that you enjoy the charm. I love to share them. I am working on to many now for bazaar because they sell well.
I found that I had spelled soldier wrong in my story. All I could think of was that you saw my mistake....Yikes! It is fixed!!!
Your, Mary
