Journal page 6

I started with the checked background and had no idea what I was going to do with it. On this gray day, it was bright and boy I needed color! click to enlarge:) Have a wonderful weekend!

Lovely page! Sending lots of positive energy for keeping on keeping on for taking off! ;-)
I felt so good when I did my sugar fast three years ago. I still maintain a very very low level of sugar intake. I've backslid on exercise and weight has come back on...need to correct and continue healthy lifestyle. You are an inspiration! Thanks.

Mary,

Maybe if you think in terms of "I'd like to lose four pounds" this week, you won't be so overwhelmed. Baby steps for beginners!" I need to lose so much weight too. But I don't have the determination that you do right now. I wish I had never quit WW. I was only 15 pounds from my goal.

And if you have a bad day don't beat yourself up over it - just get back on "the wagon" and go forward. That's why wagons don't have rear-view mirrors! LOL!

Love your journal page posted today. Has that "Campbell Soup" vintagy feel, that I love. Too bad, their soup has so much salt!
I grew up on lunches of their Tomato and Green Pea soup. Yummy!

I really like this page- nice and bright. I have thought about what you last said to me and we should get together- I think of you and the past often. You are still a very important person in my life. I will always love you!

You are doing such a good job with these pages. I thought of Betty Crocker when I saw the red and white check. I know you can do this and every little bit counts.

I love the red and white background! Don't beat yourself up over a couple of difficult days. Just remember all the days when you did really good and try to focus on them. It's a challenge but you can do this. Tell chocolate it's reached a wrong number!
