Another snow Day

DSCN0907

I am listening to the news this morning and this is the start of a very snowy day all through this valley. Arney had to be at work about 5:30 this morning. He called me and ask me to please stay home. The roads are back to ice. We hope this will go through fast, we are cold. I will take this day and work on a couple of Christmas projects. We have had a lot of ice so far this fall, burning wood almost every day. I took this picture in the dark…

Have a great day!! Marytea cup

I am going to make a cup of Hot Chocolate and curl up on the sofa…..

I had that cup of Hot Chocolate and went back to sleep….It is still snowing and here is my front yard.   Hugs, Mary

Hi... We have been getting oour frst snowfall of the year but it is just a light blanket on the ground... Very pretty... It iis more lovely now that I am retired and can be inside and just look at it.... I am doing fairly well ... We have a hard thought time in Ohio now.. We have 3 young little boys missing and believe the father did them harm... He tried to hang himself but didn't succeed.. Many..many people have been searching in cold weather to try to find these children but the law enforcement said it won't be a positive outcome... So many things are going on that is so hard to think they can happen... but we must be strong and carry on... I enjoyed a very nice Thanksgiving event for 2 days but it does tire me.... I may be in need if a complete overhaul.... Best wishes and blessings sent your way.

Ohhhh, Mary! I can't say that I blame you for crawling back into a nice warm bed! I LOVE your garden gate. It reminds me of the one in my grandmother's yard years ago.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and for leaving such a sweet comment. I'm glad you liked the bags and hope to see you again soon! Hugs, Terri xoxo

Burrrrrrrrrrrr cold. I'd stay in too. Glad you do not have to go out Mary. Enjoy the warmth. And wishing Arney and safe trip home after work.

Sometimes I miss the snow, but not very often....it is so beautiful when it first covers the ground before it gets all yucked up. The picture you took is really pretty.
Stay warm and enjoy the hot chocolate. BE BLESSED

I hope you're staying warm and cozy inside because your front yard looks very cold and snowy. Just curl up with another cup of hot chocolate and enjoy looking out at all the winter wonderland.

I can't tell you how good that sounded to have "a cup of hot chocolate and curl up on the sofa"
