A busy week recalled…

 

CJ’s Graduation was beautiful. Yes, it was a tear jerker. He looked so handsome…all I could think of was the day he was born:)Went to bed with a pain pill, back hurting like crazy….  I know you can’t see me, but I was there. After peeing blood all day I thought this was a good idea. It was!!! Bladder infection. I will be fine. Our Annabelle had a amazing Birthday…around 50 people were here for the event….It was a very happy 1st Birthday…She will be styling in Washington State.

 

Arney left last night for Norwalk, California. His Mom is in ICU, she is 93…Thank you Cory for all that you have done…

Since I don’t have pictures to share yet, this was my way of sharing today.

I am in my PJ’s doing very little, just staying close to the phone for Arney’s calls. Yes, I am drinking lots of water!!!!

CJ our oldest Grandson is Graduating this Thursday evening

We are so proud of CJ, he has worked hard on getting a good education. we think he is a very nice young Man. He will go on to college in the fall at BYU. I just know I am going to cry like a baby. It was just yesterday he was our first baby boy. So many first, so many smiles…so much love:)

I am doing a Collage….did I hear cheering!!!!

 

This will hang on the wall…making it for Annabelle’s Birthday Party. And if Kayla likes it she can hang it in her nursery.

As you can see, I am a night crafter sometimes. I know what I want in the collage, but placement takes time.

Sweet Day

My Day started with a call from my daughter Jenny…lets go to brunch…we went to a sweet place called Steve’s Cafe. The food was amazing and the company was the same. Also an Orchid….thank you Doug, Jenny and Summit.I went home….

Then Cory came with a gift card…so sweet. Then Trevor & Terri came with matching kitchen stuff just what I needed.

        Thank you all for giving me the best life a Mother could dream of.

Happy Mother’s day:)

A wish for my Mama. That she has flowers to touch and smell, green grass to walk on under large green trees. A warm bed to sleep on and dream good dreams. Sky so blue that she can almost feel it, and a soft breeze for her hair to fly softly in.

A wish for clear site so you can see all that is beautiful. A moon bright to comfort you in the night.

I wish Mama a kitten soft and sweet that “Purrs” with her every touch.

A wish for her to be with the love of her life, My Dad and that they can play forever. And that they are beautiful in each others eye like when they were young.

I wish her to know that she was special, that each and every moment of her life had meaning. That I found comfort in the sound of her voice, the touch of her hand, that sometimes I smell something that is the essence of her and it gives me a special feeling.

A wish for my Mama to have the knowledge that she is loved and missed, that she made a difference in so many lives.

I wish her peace and understanding that she lives in all of us. And that everyday is our Mothers Day because she loved us.

Remember Mama, the color of our love is Yellow because I remember.

Napkin flowers for Annabelle!

 

Annabelle will have her first Birthday in Idaho at my house. So as you can imagine, I am working on decorations. I finished 80 flowers and now on to other things. This basket has 20 flowers in it. The party will be on the memorial weekend, A Bar-B-que.

Annabelle lives in Washington State with her proud parents. But the rest of her family live here in Idaho. I will share the little things that I do for this event. big Hugs, Mary To be continued…..

Knott’s Berry Farm

 

 It was 9-10-1967. We had a great day with our friends. The next year Trevor Evans was born….9-1-1968 our first child. We loved to go to Knott’s, the Berry pie was so good, we always had to ride the train. We loved the Can Can dancers in the old saloon too.

Our new car!!!

When Arney had his accident in March…we were left without a second car. So yesterday was a very busy day…after searching on line, and looking here and there…we found what we were looking for. It is a Outback which is what we wanted. Now Arney will drive our little Subaru Legacy and I will drive the Outback. Arney is back to work, but is only working with customers. He is doing really well…he will have pain for a few months, but all is going well.
