Jam Done

It's all done, there are 11 pints and 4 half pints not counting what we have already ate!!!!Tee-Hee! This was fun and they are really nice to look at....If you could smell my house...yummmie!
I started out this morning freezing peas from the garden....then Bell Peppers and Chili peppers. And a little later when it cools down a little outside, I will finish my Apricot Jam. I have all my Jars & lids boiled....I am looking forward to some treats made from this Jam during our long cold winter. And I will give some to my kids and their family. Arney reminded me this morning that I will be one busy gal when the Tomato's are ready....Salsa time! Wish you were here, we could have some tea and bis quits with Jam.

Oh so yummy!! (And I love those fat little jars ... I'm such a sucker for cute! - lol) I agree; there is something very satisfying about eating things we have made ourselves.

Maaarrrry ~ I'm such a goober! I couldn't figure out why I was so far behind on all your posts. I realize I don't get around daily, but I'm not usually months and months behind! I never updated the link in bloglines; and the old link - of course - wasn't showing any new posts. I'm so sorry!

We're all set now ... I came here from bloglines, so I know the link is correct!

Oh Mary Mary! What I wouldn't give at this very moment for a spread of your jam. But then you mention making winter treats and I thought of my Big Mama's apricot fried pies. Thanks

I'm on my way! I love apricot jam. Tea and bisquits sounds yummy to me....or you could just turn me loose in your orchard and I could eat my fill of fruit!!

Wow, are you ambitious. The apricot jam looks delicious. My grandma and mom never canned, so I never learned how.
