The Header

I thought this header fit my mood today. A little like Alice when she fell down the hole. Not sure about what is, but not wanting to go down the hole in the ground either.

I want to create some fun craft, but unable to center on the doing. I think it has to do with the remodel of my upstairs. It’s like I am waiting for something special and until then, I am a little lost. It seems all of my mental energy is directed to one thing…The Loft!

I went looking at blogs this morning, some I had never seen before which was fun. I guess that I am looking for inspiration, and there is really wonderful things being done on blogs, and I do not have a clue how to get a kick start.

I have so many things to work with, paper, scissors, paste, fabric, colored pins, pins, beads, etc, no limit to what I should be able to do.

What do you do when you are blocked creatively?il_430xN_176000144

I just posted about my mojo being missing! I wish I knew what to do to get inspired. I have all sorts of art supplies, a re-done studio, and no inspiration!

I always looked thru magazines to get inspired. You can look for free at the library. Smiles, Susie

Oh sweet girl, I SO know how you feel!!! I keep thinking that my muse will return soon...I miss her! It's been a rough summer, I've been in such a funk but with this gorgeous fall weather, I'm thinking we'll all get back to creating. I know how it is when you have a project in the works like your loft too. You want that finished and looking the way you have pictured it in your mind, maybe then you can move on. Looking at wonderful artwork always inspires me, plus going through my supplies works too ~ guess I should go do that!!! Sending you hugs and love, Dawn

I work on several projects at a time - that way if I am not inspired on one, I can work on another. I like your idea Mary of visiting some new blogs too.
